We always enjoy having the chance to recharge with our Sky’s the Limit Marketing colleagues, which is exactly what we did during our most recent R&R getaway. From September 26-29, our top performers attended a retreat along with Becca Krupa, our firm’s Owner. This excursion was an ideal way to get inspired for the fourth quarter and prepare for our big regional meeting.
Simply getting away from the demands of being a leader in a competitive industry is a nice change of pace for us. We get to take fresh views of our ongoing projects and goals for future expansion when we’re far from the home office. Some great ideas have emerged during our team trips over the years. When we come back home from an R&R trip, we’re more motivated than ever to apply innovative insights and earn our way to the next major travel incentive.
Of course, there’s also plenty of networking potential packed into each Sky’s the Limit Marketing team travel opportunity. Our most recent R&R was no exception, with industry leaders from all over the country in attendance. It was a laid-back setting that was ideal for exchanging tips and discussing best practices. Our top performers returned to work ready to take our team performance to the next level.
