There were many great reasons to love the end of 2019, and our Sky’s the Limit Marketing party was at the top of the list. Our party was on Dec. 14, and everyone had an amazing time! Celebrating the entire holiday season has brought our team as close as a family, and it’s our goal to hold onto this festive feeling for the entire year.
Keeping a feeling alive in our Sky’s the Limit Marketing office for an entire year is something we’re actually capable of as well, thanks to the culture we’ve learned how to create. We start with values like teamwork, achievement, and recognition, and then look for ways to express these principles through our behaviors and our operating procedures.
For instance, to promote the ideal of teamwork, we connect our new hires with personal coaches from their first days with our team. This way, from day one, we learn how to cooperate with our colleagues and collaborate to get the most from our careers.
Our festive office atmosphere will be easy to keep alive through some of our favorite activities. Team nights get us out of the office together, and let us celebrate the great friendships we’ve built being part of this team. Our trips will give us a chance to make memories together as well, and give us a lot to reflect on during 2020’s holiday party.
